Step 1: Visit WesternUnion.com and register a new account or log-in for existing users.
Step 2: Click "Pay bills"
Step 3: Enter "Overseas Citizens Service" in the “Biller's name” field, enter the amount, and click "Get Started."
Step 4: Click "Send Online"
Step 5: In the “account number” field, enter the sender’s telephone number. Then provide the name of the country where the funds are intended and the recipient’s last name. IMPORTANT: Don’t use spaces between words. i.e. ChinaDouglas, FranceJohnson, etc. Then click “continue”.
Step 6: Provide required payment information to complete internet transaction.
