On July 28, the Department partnered with the U.S. General Services Administration to launch the Feedback USA customer service pilot at all passport agencies and centers with public counters. Kiosks have been installed at all passport agencies and centers which ask customers to respond to the question, "How did we do today?" The kiosk contains four buttons with faces that represent response options for customers. Customers press the button that most accurately describes their customer service experience at the passport agency or center.
