Certify Documents
We certify documents for use overseas. We add apostilles and authentication certificates to documents. The country in which the document will be used determines the type of certificate needed.
If you need to authenticate a document that we issued, please make the request to our Vital Records Office. These documents include birth, death, or marriage records.
